Our slimes are generally safe for children, but some products contain small additions like beads. Therefore, we recommend our slimes for children aged 7 and above. Adult supervision is always advised, and slime should not be ingested.

Despite the amazing smell of our slime it is not edible and should never be ingested. While we use non-toxic ingredients, our slime is designed for sensory play only. If accidental ingestion occurs, please consult a medical professional immediately. Always supervise children during slime play and remind them that slime is for hands, not mouths.

If you have a borax allergy, we recommend not purchasing our slimes. All our products contain a borax solution as an activator, which is an essential component in our slime formulas. Your safety is our top priority, so please seek borax-free alternatives if you have this allergy.

Store your slime in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Don't worry! Due to warm temperatures, slime may sometimes arrive a bit sticky. We include a handy booklet with instructions on how to start playing with your slime, as well as an activator spray pen to easily fix the consistency. Simply follow the guide and use the spray pen to adjust your slime to the perfect texture, be careful not to over-activate.

Slime levels refer to the complexity and challenge of playing with the slime. We offer various levels, from beginner-friendly slimes to more advanced textures for experienced "slimers."

Yes! Add a few drops of lotion or water and knead it in to revive dried-out slime.

With proper care and storage, your slime can last for several months.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if your slime arrives damaged due to shipping, we will gladly replace it. Please report any shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery, providing clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
